Shipping policy

Please allow 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email for your order to be dispatched from the Woohoo warehouse. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

In fact, in the majority of cases orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day!

Occasionally we won't be able to ship your order within 2 business days due to high order volumes (e.g. during sales) or stock availability. During these times we’ll do our very best to minimise delays and keep you updated as to the status of your order. 

Australian Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer:

  • FREE shipping when your order is over $75
  • FREE 90 day returns
  • $6.95 Economy shipping (3-10 days)*
  • $8.95 Standard shipping (2-8 days)*
  • $10.95 Express shipping (1-4 days)*
  • $2.95 Untracked Letter shipping for some very small items (8-15 days)*

* Delivery times for Express and Standard Post options may vary. Please note that our estimates above are just guidelines and exclude weekends.

Please select Express to ensure the fastest possible delivery of your order. Tracking is available for all Economy, Standard and Express shipments.

Economy shipping is sent via the cheapest available carrier - either Sendle or Australia Post. Standard and Express shipping will be sent via Australia Post.

Some small items (such as our Deodorant Paste Sample Packs) are shipped using Australia Post's Letter Post service (i.e. as letters with stamps). Letter Post is a slower service that takes up to 21 days for delivery, however it is generally faster. Parcel tracking is not available for Letter Post. If you need your small items more quickly or with tracking, please choose Economy, Standard or Express shipping options at the checkout. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 12/75 Bailey Street, Adamstown NSW 2289.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions for collection. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9am-4pm, Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We offer:

  • NEW ZEALAND - $9.95 standard shipping for orders or free over $55. Express option available.

  • US, CANADA, UK, IRELAND, HONG KONG, JAPAN AND SOUTH EAST ASIA - Starting from $13 standard shipping ($18 for larger orders). Express option available.

  • Other countries - $35 (International Express Courier)

At this time we do not ship to Spain or Hungary.

Please note: Import duties, taxes (including VAT), and charges which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country aren’t included in the item price or postage cost. Woohoo Body is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (21 days for Letter Post), please contact us at crew@woohoobody.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Small items that are sent via Letter Post aren’t able to be sent to Post Office boxes. This applies to our Woohoo Deodorant Paste Sample Packs, for example. 

In the event that you’ve chosen a PO Box address with your order we will email you as soon as possible to ask you for an alternative shipping address. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 90 days after delivery. Subject to our Returns and Refunds policy we will refund or replace your product. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at crew@woohoobody.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a happy solution.
