After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from HESO Men's Grooming containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post or other postal service (we will always strive to use the cheapest service available whilst maintaining fast and reliable delivery) within 2 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. We will always strive to let you know if there will be a delay with your order's delivery.
